Angélique Salon & Day Spa Suites has been in operation in the Columbus, OH since 2003.  After the experience of owning and operating a commission based day spa it opened our eyes to where the hair market was headed.  Professional entrepreneurs were looking for a safe heaven for them and their clients, a place of privacy which consists of four walls and a door, with other amenities and no start up monies involved and affordable.

This prompted us to open a salon for entrepreneurs. Our theme is “It’s Like Heaven on Earth” with the tag line “A Sanctuary for Individual Salon Entrepreneurs.”

Our new location consisting of (24) individual private suites fully equipped.  The amenities include (2) public restrooms, (1) employee restroom, laundry room, cable, credit card machine, web page, secure WI-FI, and employee kitchenette.

For those not familiar with Suite, Loft, and Studio concept Salons, also known as European style salons such as Suites, Studios, and Lofts.  We would like to provide a little background on Suites, Studios, and Lofts type salons differ from traditional salons in some very distinct and important ways.

In traditional salons, stylists work at stations that are either out in the open or are semi-private. Hair shampooing and rinsing is done at a central location where there are usually multiple shampoo stations and multiple hair dryers in an open area.

At Angélique Salon & Day Spa Suites type salon we offer each stylist his or her own private Suite with four walls, a window and a door. Within our suites is everything needed to run a small one or two person salon business a styling station and chair, shampoo bowl and chair, hair dryer and chair, storage cabinet and other furnishings the stylist may need.  Barber suite Nail Tech suites, Esthetician - skin care suites, and Massage Therapist suites are, of course, furnished differently based on need. The individual suites allow clients privacy which allows the service provider to give one on one attention and consultation.

Beauty professional Salon Entrepreneurs have the opportunity to personalize, furnish and decorate the suite with virtually no limitations. But most importantly they have the opportunity to manage their business as they choose – be their own boss, set their own hours, with vendor license sell products of their choice, and keep 100% of their profits.
